Role Overview

Job Responsibilities:
1)Design, build, test, assemble, support and configure application using business requirements
2)Understand business drivers that will impact performance and deliver software to those expectations
3)Bake technology trends into solutions; Participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionality and technologies and integrate them in existing solutions
4)Responsible for incident resolution and support extended to customers through voice interaction/email/chat/remote support
Below mentioned will be preferred:
1)Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis
2)Experience or knowledge in configuration, customization of Salesforce.com applications
3)Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development
4)Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)
Eligibility Criteria:
1)B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc
2)Year of Passing: 2023, 2024
3)No active backlogs

1)Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
2)Candidate should not have more than 11 months of experience
Selection Process:
1)First Round:
Cognitive and Technical assessment
Total duration(90 mins)-(90 questions)
Cognitive and Technical assessment includes 50 questions on
a)English ability
b)Critical thinking and Problem solving
c)Abstract Reasoning
Technical assessment includes 40 questions on:
d)Common Application and MS office
e)Pseudocodes
f)Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
Cognitive and technical assessment result will be notified within 5-10 minutes.
If you pass in Cognitive and technical assessment, you are eligible for coding assessment.
Coding assessment
Total duration(45 mins)
Total coding questions: 2 (easy to medium)
2)Second Round:
Communication assessment:
Total duration(30 mins)
Communication assessment will assess you on the below mentioned parameters
a)Sentence Mastery
b)Vocabulary
c)Fluency
d)Pronunciation
Note:
1)Cognitive and Technical Assessment and Coding are mandatory to pass.
2)Communication is not mandatory to pass but you have to attempt exam.
Third Round:
Interviews(Mainly Concentrate on Project).
