Job Description :
1)Responsible for providing IT Infrastructure support covering cloud and on premise products like Windows, Cloud Computing, O365, End User Computing, Desk Side Services and other business applications to our global customers.
2)Interact with end-users fluently, understand and resolve technical issues over various channels of support.
3)Hold high degree of conversational skills since written and verbal communication are essential.
4)Collaborate with 5.6+ Million Users globally to ensure seamless functioning of business.
5)Work in partnership with various business domains like Banking, Finance, Insurance, Communications, Media, Retail, HealthCare, Life Sciences, Technology Consulting etc.
6)Provide expert solutions on infrastructure, applications, hardware and software installations and networking queries.
Eligibility Criteria:

A)Graduate Trainee:(Salary: 2.52 LPA)
Qualifications:
1)BCA; BSc., BCom; BBA
2)Experience: 3 to 12 months(Voice, Technical/IT support, Service desk, Desktop support, IT helpdesk).
3)Year of passing : 2019,2020,2021,2022
4)Maximum 3 Years gap allowed.
5)min 50% in X, XII and UG.
6)No Active backlogs.
B)Engineer Trainee:(Salary: 4.01 LPA)
1)B.E/ B. Tech/ M.E/ MTech/MCA/M.S / MSc any domain (full time)
2)Experience: 3 to 12 months(Voice, Technical/IT support, Service desk, Desktop support, IT helpdesk).
3)Year of passing : 2019,2020,2021,2022
4)Maximum 3 Years gap allowed.
5)min 50% in X, XII and UG.
6)No Active backlogs.
