Selection Process:
Round-1: Cognitive Assessment
consists of four sections:
a)Quantitative Ability
b)Data Interpretation
c)Verbal Ability
d)Logical Reasoning
Round-2: Functional Assessment
Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 assessment will go through a functional assessment basis their preferred tracks/ roles and personality profiler.
Final Round: Elevator Pitch
Shortlisted candidates from Round 2 assessment will go through the elevator pitch, which will be evaluated by senior leaders of the bank. The candidates need to answer a few questions in video format.
