Basic qualifications:
1)Ability to adhere to an SOP driven process and execute high judgement actions and accuracy as per defined SOPs.

3)Work Experience: 0 - 2 years (Max) of experience.
4)Year of Passing: 2016 to 2023
5)Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication in English Language.
6)Strong analytical ability
7)Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment including night shifts and the shifts are decided based on the business requirement.
8)Weekly Off: Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).
Skills Required:
1)Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
2)Statistical knowledge on averages, trends, outliers, charting, etc. would be an advantage.
3)Work experience in online retail operations or similar fields is a plus.
