What you need to succeed:
1)Day-to-day support for MS Teams related issues and other AV issues across the globe.
2)Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of conferencing and voice equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained.
3)Hands-on experience in supporting, trouble shooting and administering MS Teams, Cisco Call manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms and UCCE
4)Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP and XMPP
5)Good understanding of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols like (TCP/IP), TLS, RTP and SRTP etc.
6)Familiarity with Internet Telephony, T-1, E-1, SIP and POTS lines
Automation skills like Robotic-Process-Automation (UIPath, etc.), Python coding, etc. will be a big plus
7)Exposure to Video Codecs for Cisco/Polycom/Crestron/Logitech/Dolby, AV systems or H.264/H.265 is a plus
8)Exposure to Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom Sound Structure) is a plus
9)Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually within a team
