Job Description:
1)Understand Integrated Quality Management System.
2)Establish project defined process in-line with client requirements and IMS.
3)Conduct facilitations on weekly basis and publish reports.
4)Conduct internal audits on monthly basis and publish reports.
5)Project Metrics collection and perform sanity check.
Participate in internal team meetings and project review meetings.
6)Accountable for assigned responsibilities.
Required Technical Competencies:
1)Knowledge on Software engineering concepts and any programming languages (C/ C++/ Java)
2)Knowledge on data analysis and statistics
3)MS-office (MS-Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
4)Analytical skills with positive attitude and quick learning ability
5)Good interpersonal & Communication skills
