Job Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
2. Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat
3. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
4. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
5. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
2. Open to 24/7 work environment and rotational shifts
3. Good understanding of ITIL (Incident Management)
4. Good understanding of active directory (for ex:- password resets), software troubleshooting, etc.

1)Any graduate can apply
2)Year of Passing: 2022, 2023
Location: Hyderabad
Stipend: 15k to 20k per month
