1)Understanding of network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes

4)Knowledge of IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions, and an experience in pre-sales or technical account management is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
1)Handling end-to-end pre-sales engagements and presenting our solutions at events both in-person and online
2)Providing technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI
3)Devising scope, statement of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation
4)Acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
5)Retaining customers through our customer success program.
