Job Description:
Element5 is looking for freshers to join our amazing team for the role of Software Tester Trainee. We are seeking someone who understands and analyzes software product features and specifications, learns to create test cases, devises test methods and test plans, and programs for automatic functional and stress testing. The right candidate will be able to ensure that quality code is produced and continuously strive to improve the product according to benchmarks and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1)Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
2)Carry out testing as per the defined procedures.
3)Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
4)Ensure that testing is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
5)Document and maintain software functionality.
Good to Have:
1)Strong aptitude, problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
2)Quick learner with a great attitude.
3)The fundamental programming skill is preferred but not mandatory.

3)Cut-Off – 70% Above in all academic qualifications.
