Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Generating new business leads and opportunities
2)Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to accelerate influx of business opportunities in the assigned territory.
3)Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers.
4)Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
5)Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices
6)Competitor analysis & positioning against them
7)Delivering first-level Corporate Overview Presentations
8)Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
9)Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by BD & Marketing.
Skills Required:
1)Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)
2)Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
Strong, in-depth analytical skill
3)Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
4)Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
5)Networking & Team Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
1)BE/BTECH, MBA
2)Year of Passing: 2016 to 2023
3)Experience: 0 to 4 years
Salary: 6 LPA to 10 LPA
