Job Responsibilities:
  • Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.
  • Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
  • Experienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.
  • Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
  • Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
  • Maintain and improve key performance measures.
  • Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Skills Required:
  • Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
  • Should have experience in managing project with semi voice support.
  • Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication
Eligibility Criteria:
1)Any Graduate
2)Experience: 0 to 4 years
