Overview:
At Blue Yonder, we are actively seeking apprentices-in-training who display a passion for learning and a sincere eagerness to acquire new skills within our organization. Apprentices will gain valuable on-the-job experience as they work across various functional areas for the 12-month program. As part of the comprehensive training curriculum, employees must participate in both on-the-job training and regularly attend platform-related classes. What is Apprenticeship?
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme in India is a one-year programme equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work. The Apprentices are imparted training by the organizations at their place of work. Trained Managers with well-developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and competently. During the period of apprenticeship, the apprentices are paid a stipend amount. At the end of the training period, the apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by the Government of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment experience.


Roles and responsibilities:
  1. Follows the software development lifecycle
  2. Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to analyze all issues
  3. Document unit test procedures and participate in the software development process to perform all tests on designs and ensure compliance with all Object-Oriented Programming activities
  4. Diagnose all root causes to recommend required actions and assist in defining and classifying all issues and projects to avoid the reoccurrence of issues and prepare automation responses if required
  5. Participating in meetings, workshops and team-building events
  6. Compiling reports and making presentations to other colleagues in the team
  7. Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
  8. Keep an accurate record of your time and learning and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program.
  9. Ensure you build knowledge and skillset to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship and timely completion/submission of your training assignments.
  10. You will adhere to business-set standards as well as comply with legal regulations.
  11. You will strictly be governed by the rules of the organization as well as the process and procedure.

Online Test (Multiple Choice Questions - MCQ and Coding) with Proctoring
Aptitude: 20 MCQS- 20 mins
English: 10 MCQS- 10 mins
Technical: 15 MCQS- 20 mins
Coding: 2 Questions-40 mins
Duration - 90 mins

2)Face to Face Interviews ( Friday, March 22, 2024)
1st Round – Technical 
2nd Round – Techno managerial
3rd Round – HR

Offer and Onboarding timeline:
  • Document submission deadline for National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Monday, March 25
  • Offer Date - Tuesday, March 26, 2024
  • Offer Acceptance Date - Wednesday, March 27, 2024
  • Joining Date - Thursday, March 28, 2024
Note:
Candidates who are pursuing or completed Apprentice are not eligible.

Stipend: 25,000 per month (Inclusive of Taxes)
Duration: 12 months (End date will be March 31, 2025)

1)BE/ BTech Graduates irrespective of specialization with 60% or 6 CGPA above
2)Year of Passing: 2022, 2023
