Responsibilities:
  • Candidate in this role will be responsible for system configuration and testing on Health & Benefits platform
  • Demonstrate good setup and testing competency
  • Meet or exceed all the SLAs for delivered assignments
  • Follow all the standard procedures of the process, keep process documents updated and participate in process improvements, adding value to the ongoing delivery
  • Communicate timely and proactively to the Configuration/ Test Lead and onshore stakeholders
  • Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem solving capability · Learn and understand business specific domain
Requirements:
  • Configuration and Testing background with understanding on application and web testing
  • Intermediate SQL and programming fundamentals
  • Write and execute test scenarios
  • Understanding of black box testing and manual testing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access
  • Familiar with Implementation Lifecycle
  • Pension domain knowledge (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:
1)BTech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA 
2)Experience: 0 to 1 year
3)Year of Passing: 2015 to 2024
