Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems. Your typical day will involve using your expertise in Network Analytics to accurately define and resolve client issues, while also utilizing your exceptional communication skills to maintain strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application.
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions.
  • Employ Network Analytics expertise to identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring smooth functioning of systems.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication skills, keeping clients informed of progress and issue resolution.
