About Fresh Prints:
Fresh Prints is a NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
The Pre-order team handles one of the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for quoting and timeline. We worked on 20,000+ orders last year with a direct impact of over $28 million in revenue.
How do you coordinate the logistics of a million-dollar campaign involving multiple overseas and domestic vendors? How can we reduce our costs and increase our profit margins for a given order? How can you deliver an order in 5 days which has a standard turnaround time of 10 days?
As an intern with the Pre-order team, you’ll be using available resources and share pricing quotes every day along with the timeline. 
This is a full-time paid internship position, with the possibility of full-time employment after completion of the internship which will last for 2 months (June 3 – August 3). You will report to our Operations Manager and work closely with other members of the Fresh Prints team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in one of USA’s 5000 fastest growing companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
  • Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
  • Screen potential CM candidates.
  • Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
  • Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
  • Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
  • Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
Skills:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Great interpersonal and people skills
  • LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred
  • Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
  • Can join us from 24th June, 2024 for a period of 2 months
Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly Stipend of $200 (16k INR)

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
