- Fields calls and respond to alerts.
- Addresses technical problems by following defined procedures.
- Monitors applications and respond to incidents.
- Perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents.
- Follows defined procedures for incident resolution. Escalate to second level application or infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 0-3 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
