Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruiting and talent management, helping us attract top talent while gaining valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and assist in various stages of the hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Interview Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and answering questions.
  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies to provide insights to the HR team.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the coordination of new hire paperwork and pre-boarding tasks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Help prepare reports on recruitment metrics and other performance indicators as requested.
Requirements:
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to Learn: Enthusiastic about HR and talent acquisition with a keen interest in recruitment and human resources best practices.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
