Responsibilities:
- Responsible for compliance, build management and follow-up of file transfer technical links
- Perform all relevant technical requests
- Execute all pre-defined test cases
- Troubleshooting problems and failed test cases
- Responsible for Activity reporting
- Produce all relevant KPIs for reporting
- Clarify requirements and cover the testing of finished features
- Support and answer queries from different support teams and stakeholders
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
In-depth knowledge on:
- File transfer Protocols (FTPS, SFTP, AS2, PESIT)
- File transfer Security (PGP, TLS, Security certificates)
- Technical project Management
- Project Management Tools (Excel, Jira)
- Unix / Linux
Basic knowledge on:
- TCP/IP Networks
- Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
Nice to have:
- Axway CFT and SecureTransport
Skills:
- English
