Role: Associate Professional Application Delivery
Job Description:
1)Assists with the coordination of activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution requirements are met.
2)Assists in day to day Application support delivery to our clients globally.
Be part of 24/7 Support 3)team and provide high quality production support services
4)Actively manage Application Incidents and Changes using the ITIL framework.
5)Representing support in High severity Incident Management or Major Incident Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
1) B.E /B.Tech ,M.E ,MTech , MCA ,M.Sc , B.Sc ,Diploma, BBA,BSc ,BA ,B.com and MBA.
2) All branches are eligible.
3)Year of Passing: 2019,2020,2021 and 2022
4)0 or more years of support services or project or program experience.
5)Experience working with the technology industry.
Salary: 4.3 LPA
Other Qualifications:
1)AWS and AZURE knowledge
2)SQL/Window Servers/IIS/Python - Added Advantage.
