Job Description:
  • Interact with prospects, customers, and partners
  • Engage in voice, email, and chat-based support
  • Understand prospect requirements and map them with product capabilities
  • Diagnose and solve application issues
  • Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
  • Handle product demos, implementation, and training
Note:
  • Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
  • Graduates passing out in 2024 are not eligible to apply
  • Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified of the further rounds
  • The last date for registration is 6th March, 2024
