We are looking for bright and exceptional programmers to join our Software Developer teams based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. We have requirements across various teams that are involved in catering to the trading desk’s needs during the life cycle of a trade and in the research, design, development, and standardization of technologies for firm-wide adoption.
Responsibilities:
You’ll execute individual projects and deliverables while collaborating with business groups. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for projects that will include performing R&D to evaluate the appropriate technologies to use, resolving application and data issues in production within timelines, and driving complete project lifecycles, from collecting and analyzing requirements to project delivery/deployment to clients. You’ll provide direction and guidance to junior members of the team and participate actively in code and design reviews.
Looking For:
- The candidate should have robust experience in C++/Java/Python, in addition to some or all of the following: React, Redux, RESTful Web Services, Perl, messaging middleware, and databases (SQL Server)
- Candidates having experience in Spring, Mybatis/ibatis/Hibernate, jQuery, JavaScript and deployment architecture will have an added advantage
- The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as a demonstrated passion for technology
- The candidate should have excellent reasoning ability and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates should have an inclination or prior experience in project or people management
