The Women Transform Tech Contest consists of the following rounds:

Round 1: A 60-minute challenge featuring 32 questions covering Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Aptitude, and Essay Writing.
Round 2: Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will advance to an advanced aptitude and technical round (For CS/IT - technical + advanced aptitude).

Timeline & Key Details:
Registration Window: 8 March 2025 at 12:00 AM – 25 March 2025 at 11:59 PM

Round 1: 26 March 2025 at 12:00 AM – 28 March 2025 at 12:00 PM

Round 2: 30 March 2025 at 12:00 AM – 31 March 2025 at 12:00 AM

Note: Candidates who have successfully completed the Round 1 will get a link from no-reply@doselect.email to proceed for Round 2 Test.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Female Candidates only
  • Eligible Courses – BE/BTech- Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  • Candidate must have completed graduation in the year 2024 or 2023 or 2022 or 2021.
  • Candidate must have an experience of 6 Months to 4 Years.
  • Candidate should have scored min. of 60% or 6 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma (in case done), Graduation (BE/B.Tech)
Details of the Role:
  • For BE/BTech (Mechanical, Electrical) - Assembly Supervisor, Product Quality Executive, Mechanical Developer, Business Development Professional (HV AIS/GIS), EHS Professional (Factory, Sites), Safety Officer, Manufacturing, Engineering, Presales, Sales, Project Management
  • For BE/BTech (CS, IT) - Java & Angular Developer, C++ & Linux Developer
  • For BE/BTech (EEE, ECE, ME) - System Engineering, Signaling Engineers
  • For BE/BTech (Instrumentation) - Field Engineers (Extensive travel, field instruments expertise), Commissioning & Installation of Digitalization Applications – Support & Services.
